TBG partners with Sprinklr to deliver business information and performance from Social

Strategic relationship enables both companies to offer clients the world’s first fully integrated owned, earned and paid media solution for large enterprises.

02.05.2014 London and New York. TBG has partnered with the New York-based social relationship platform vendor, Sprinklr, to help deliver an online version of our existing Social Analytics offering, as well as a seamless link to paid media execution.

Sprinklr works with many of the largest brands in the world, offering clients a full suite of social management tools to help them post across social networks, execute analytics and measure engagement. The Sprinklr platform was rated as a “Strong Performer” and “the most powerful technology on the market” in Forrester’s ‘Wave: Social Relationship Platform’ report last year.

“TBG advises clients on the best technology stack to drive business performance from new channels”, says Simon Mansell, TBG CEO.

As expert users of Facebook and Twitter social media tools at scale, we’ve worked with Sprinklr over the past six months to help build out the advanced analytics and paid module, which they recently announced. We are looking forward to showing off this solution to clients and driving better results,” he added.

This new product will allow TBG and Sprinklr to use social signals to optimize brand campaigns in real-time, in a way that is currently only available for direct response advertisers.

Organic reach of brand content across social networks is reducing and paid media has become an even higher priority for brands. TBG’s media optimization expertise complements Sprinklr’s platform, which is the world’s first integrated owned, earned, and paid solution for large enterprises.

As part of the new relationship, TBG and Sprinklr are now sharing offices in New York and San Francisco.
