General Description of Role
Following our recently announced partnership with Sprinklr, we are expanding our team in New York and looking for a Social Media Analyst. You will be responsible for the effective planning and delivery of all social media activity (earned/paid across various platforms) to client campaign targets and provide deep analytical insight to support account growth and move metrics that matter. This role will eventually lead to day to day client contact and as such you must be comfortable speaking with clients.
The Social Media Analyst is competent in managing social campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, FBX etc.).
Ideally you will have had 12 months experience in either running paid Social Media activity (DR, fan/follower acquisition and engagement activity), Paid Display or PPC Search.
